Read, Respond, Release

In the dawnings of 2009, the concept struck me to set books free. Not all books mind, as I don't own every book and such a deed would be criminal to a fault. However what little I could do, I did.

Enlisting the help of a cohort, we hit charity shops hard and came away with 5 books for a principal sum. These books were then secreted away in various corners of civilisation waiting to be discovered. Each book contained an email with which finders could get in touch.

Predictably, there has yet to be a response.
